1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cka44 ("cka44", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cka44 online betting and gaming platform, accessible at https://cka44.io and any associated mobile or web applications.

By accessing the cka44 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the cka44 platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by cka44, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, card games (including Rummy), crash games, and any other games or products made available on the platform from time to time.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the cka44 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's cka44 Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of Bangladesh and the default currency of all cka44 Accounts.
• "Platform" means the cka44 website at https://cka44.io and all associated pages, tools, and services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds (or real-money funds, as specified per promotion) before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process conducted by cka44 to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed under Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the cka44 platform.

3 Eligibility

Use of the cka44 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active Account:

• You are aged 21 years or older. cka44 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 as its platform standard. Proof of age will be required during the KYC process.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of using the platform.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under any laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not have an existing cka44 Account that has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of cka44 or any of its affiliated game providers.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on cka44, you must register a valid Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the cka44 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process.

4.2 KYC Verification

cka44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of address (utility bill, bank statement); and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the time specified may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any other person. cka44 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact cka44 support immediately.

4.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player may register only one Account. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, cka44 reserves the right to close the secondary Account and, at its sole discretion, to close the primary Account as well. Any bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts will be voided without compensation. Real-money balances may be returned to the originating payment method subject to the outcome of an investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cka44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cka44 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. cka44 does not charge platform-side fees on BDT transactions; however, individual payment providers may charge their own transaction fees, for which cka44 bears no responsibility.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit amount, though large deposits may trigger additional KYC review.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cka44 Account within five seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 24 hours to reflect in your Account balance, depending on the issuing bank.
• cka44 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches the identity of the Account holder as verified during KYC.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within an average of 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to 24 business hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• cka44 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds in the Account have been satisfied.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cka44 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant Accounts once the dormancy threshold is reached, until either the Account is reactivated by the Player or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cka44 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for the matter in question.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. cka44 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer only once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the conditions specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money funds in your Account. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Winnings generated from free spins or free bet credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms.
• cka44 reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, any Bonus Funds already credited will remain in the Account under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any strategy or behaviour that cka44 determines, in its reasonable opinion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the cka44 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, game, or event on which the bet is placed, as published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on cka44:

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the cka44 system. Bets placed during a system error or technical fault may be voided at cka44's discretion.
• Obvious pricing errors, whether caused by a data feed fault or human error, do not constitute valid markets. cka44 reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds.
• For live in-play cricket markets, bets are accepted subject to ball-by-ball data feed availability. cka44 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Settlement of bets will be based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket, BPL for Bangladesh Premier League). In the absence of an official result within 72 hours of the scheduled event conclusion, cka44 may settle at its discretion based on the most reliable available sources.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and player account history.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the cka44 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes, share information, or manipulate game results.
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing errors or guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome, particularly in combination with bonus funds.
• Creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent Account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering purpose or in connection with any criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the cka44 platform's software, security, or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with cka44 support staff or other platform users.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using that person's Account, or allowing another person to bet using your Account.

9 Responsible Gaming

cka44 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated through the Account settings or by contacting cka44 support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they can deposit. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification will be displayed when the limit is approaching, and the session will be ended when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used to place bets or access the casino.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the cka44 platform may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support. Once permanent self-exclusion is activated, cka44 will close the Account and take all reasonable steps to prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cka44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of cka44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cka44 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform; use data mining, scraping, robots, or similar automated tools to collect information from the platform; or frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website without express written consent from cka44.

Game content provided by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights and licensing terms. cka44 does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cka44 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system downtime, or data feed errors beyond cka44's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds display caused by third-party data provider faults.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by a Player based on their interpretation of game rules, betting markets, or promotional terms.

cka44's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data provided by Players is governed by the cka44 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cka44 applies 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player financial data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with restricted access controls. cka44 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors and identity verification providers solely for the purposes of processing transactions and conducting KYC verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the cka44 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting cka44 support. Any bets placed or transactions completed prior to the effective date of amended Terms will be settled under the Terms in force at the time those transactions were made.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date shown at the top of this page ("Effective Date") indicates the version currently in force.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. cka44 is committed to resolving any disputes with Players in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

14.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the cka44 platform, you should first contact cka44 customer support, available 24/7 via the platform's live support channel or by email at [email protected] (displayed as plain text — not a clickable link). Please provide your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information. cka44 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within five business days.

14.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may request escalation to a senior review. cka44 will conduct a formal review and provide a written decision within 14 business days of the escalation request. The decision issued at the conclusion of the formal review process represents cka44's final position on the matter.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
